They dress very casually to fool you into thinking they are friendly but as soon as they get your money they show true colours. They are un reliable. They dont call you back although they say they are, the houses they rent out all have hidden issues. They take forever to return your deposit. Please dont use this agency if you want to avoid stress.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
