10 Nov 2008He is a liar.You can't believe him..When you have to take the flat, he will do all the false promises with additional AMUL Butter added on it and once you are trapped , He makes sure not to give any time for any issues you are facing at your home. Regarding Deposit, If you are expecting that to be returned back to you then ...Well He treats the tenanats in the way , that tenant automatically gets the feel that he is not going to get the deposit back , so tenant eventually prepares his mind over a period of time and CELEFEST Do never return the Deposits.

19 Nov 2008I am currently staying in flats rented from Celefest. There services is pathetic, never attend calls and provide any kind of service. When leaving the property will make sure that they return to me every penny from my Deposit.

Absolutely awful! Tenants were promised the moon even though I had spoke to them as to what the prospective tenant can/not have. Left me being pig in the middle where the tenant was saying one thing and the agency saying another. There is always a drama with tenants and the agency due their ... Read Full Review

Do not get trapped. Never use this agent. He will take the deposit , with admin fee for which they bull s**t. Never returns the deposit. I feel pity on Landlords, whose property I will damage badly if I dont get my deposit back in next 2 weeks. I left the property 6 weeks ago. ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
