They would only allow me to view a property once they had shown all of their own vendors around so that they could create their own chain of sales. Very untrustworthy.

12 Dec 2012The above comment really doesnt make sense as we place all our properties on all the major sites within a few hours of recieving the instructions to sell the owners property - therefore; free for all the world to see and call in to arrange a booking - it would be extremely short sighted for a local owner run business to be selective on who views our properties and this is why the comment above doesnt make sense..... in our years of being open we are not aware of even another agent operating like this as its totally against the concept of earning money to keep our businesses going. We would welcome a non bias chat with GH if they ever wish to call us on 01489 789933

Richmonds provided a terrible service, within the 12 week contract they only brought around 6 people. Nathan was more bothered about sharing stories of his connections in Hedge End than my house. No concerns with tenancy.
