My house was for sale and I had only the 1 viewing. After the viewing I waited and there was no feedback even after a week, I contacted the office I then waited as the staff called the viewer in front of me!!! She said probably don't remember your house! No answer so message left. I was called days later and was told it was nice. The house was in the local paper only once over the 11 weeks. They were happy to take my service but I was let down by their poor customer service and staff.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
