DO NOT use this estate agents for selling unless you want to look bad! And definitely beware of this agent if you are buying or letting - we were completely screwed around in the offers process, we were treated unequally and unfairly and preferences were made without any grouds - due to not being contacted or kept up to date. The contact we had from the estate agents was very rocky and unprofessional, the process was very confused and we were in a position where we felt a little mistreated but couldn't say because we were obviously still hoping to be in the running for a house. The estate agents, to sum up, don't contact you and don't deal with the bidding fairly, they didn't make it clear at all what was going on and it was a very long affair to even be told if you were in the running or not. We were told that they were waiting for people to match offers, Arif was typical estate agent, all talk (when you could get him on the phone) and admitted to not even presenting someone's offer. The whole process was irritating. When hoping to buy a house, it's a very huge commitment and this was not appreciated at all. Rules and guidelines need to be made with estate agents, the whole buying process is skewed and nobody knows who the customer is anymore.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They should take their job more seriously and present all offer\'s fairy. They should not favour anybody or any offers as it isn\'t their job - it\'s the vendors. Their job is to present offers, which in this case, wasn\'t even done for some bidders.

I wish I had read all the negative reviews regarding this agency before I rented from them. Certain members of staff are utterly incompetent. Never in my life have I had to deal with such unprofessional estate agents. Our frustration is worsened by the fact they are also the managing agents of our properties. What agent could do to change your mind?

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
