Perry doesn't just go the "extra mile" - he goes the "extra marathon" for his clients. He doesn't leave them hanging for days or even weeks for replies to messages and emails as some others had done before and been dropped for it. Chains and multiple office agencies just don't have the same incentive to see a sale through. Perry's enthusiasm and optimism even in a difficult market was always there, even when ours was lacking. Always friendly and professional. Most agencies we had dealt with put on the charm and enthusiasm to get you to sign but then treat the job as a 9-5, sit back and wait for the internet to bring buyers and have a computer spill out statistics and just put them in the post. You feel like a nuisance bothering them for actual information and/or advice. Perry and Jason get to know their clients and work really hard to get chains completed and clients happily moved. Perry was always at viewings even if they were out of their business hours, and was quick to chase for feedback and let us know, rather than having to chase for it. They don't try to get you locked in to them for several months and then do nothing while peak sales time slips by - they work hard from day one to completion, and even beyond. On purchase (also through Peter Leete) we went to Perry when we wanted recommendations for tradesmen and hire shops and on sale, he came round more than once while "off duty" to check how our packing was going and offered help, bungees, and van hire recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble and they both always make time for a chat, even now we've moved. Stray post gets passed on if given to him. We are only sorry that, having moved out of the area, if ever we move again we won't be able to use them. If we had stayed in the area and had to move again there would be no choice - it would be Perry and Jason of Peter Leete & Partners.
