Myself and my flatmate found Graeme and Property Genius to be a great managing agency for our flat. Having found our previous two landlords/managing agents to be a complete disaster, it has been refreshing having somebody put the tenant at the heart of the business. If anything was wrong, we were never waiting more than a few hours for a response from Graeme, also due to our current landlord offering no flexibility around moving in dates, Graeme was very helpful in extending our tenancy by a few days to help us with the moving process. I would fully recommend both the flat and the agent.

This agency is only looking the direction where they can save or squeeze more money for themselves. Just really poorly and unprofessionally managed agency. Graeme seemed confused and unresponsive most of the times, never sorted any issues in the property, even tho been emailed many many times. ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
