I found Strakers very rude and unprofessional. Once the tenancy agreement is signed, they don't even bother to listen to the tenants in case of any issues. Most unprofessional agency I have ever came across. You can send them emails or phone them, they don't even respond properly for anything.

We were renting a 2 bed in North Swindon. When we collected the keys we had to sign documents illegally saying we will take ownership of the white goods. The agent's behaviour is very unprofessional and rather rude towards tenants as soon as the tenant signs-up for tenancy, this company is not going to go long in this way which they will see soon in due course of time. Professional and Polite Behaviour with customers.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
