I found Strakers very rude and unprofessional. Once the tenancy agreement is signed, they don't even bother to listen to the tenants in case of any issues. Most unprofessional agency I have ever came across. You can send them emails or phone them, they don't even respond properly for anything.

We were renting a 2 bed in North Swindon. When we collected the keys we had to sign documents illegally saying we will take ownership of the white goods. (Which were listed as included when we viewed the property) We had no choice in this as we had already paid the deposit and fees. Surprise... Read Full Review

The agent's behaviour is very unprofessional and rather rude towards tenants as soon as the tenant signs-up for tenancy, this company is not going to go long in this way which they will see soon in due course of time.
