I bought a flat through Toby Brown of tlc, Earl's Court. Toby really went the extra mile at every stage of the process. He was always friendly and available: prompt and straightforward during negotiations with the seller, chasing both sides' solicitors when necessary, etc. I lived a long way from London, and Toby was willing to do lots of things that were well beyond the call of duty: supplying extra details about the property that I'd failed to note, organising necessary minor works, providing access on several occasions for deliveries and such. The whole experience was so much better than I've heard is typical.
