Very bad agents to deal with. Wireng faulty in house but agency still managed to pass get certified. Problems take months to deal with and we just get the run around from land lord to agents and back. Also no loyalty to there exsitings tenants as have to pay the full ripoff fees again for a credit check that only cost around £25 to get. Wish I had purchased a tent I would get more for my money. They also let you view houses that are under application already and don't tell you wish to go for it. Surly the person showing you round should know this is the 21centery and we all have mobile but still have the cheek to say put an apication in and a non refundable fee just in case. Wake up ebg its not just about money without tenants you don't get any. Terable

Overall a shocking and incompetent experience for selling our house. After 5 months we gave up on their lazy approach and the mistakes they made along the way, and found a great agency who thankfully had the capability to sell it.
