Awful customer service, you have to constantly chase them up if any work needs to be done at the property. No respect for their tenants. Had a leak in the bathroom, got worse until the ceiling fell down into the bath tub. For 3 months no work was carried out despite numerous emails and phone calls. Will never use again. Neighbours also share the same pain as the landlord owns quite a few properties in the area. Please don't waste your time or else regret later. There are many other estate agents in the area and they can only be better than Pad.
