We sold our property with Graham and Co and found them to be friendly, active and helpful throughout. The main person we dealt with was Wayne and he was always responsive whenever we called and kept us abreast of progress at all times. If I was selling a property in Andover I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Graham & Co have been "marketing" our house since January 2025, that's over 8 months now. We put our house on the market at their suggested price, and have since reduced it. Initially all was well until it came to references. Our references were good, but it took Graham's over two weeks to tell us they were having problems getting previous landlord reference. It took us 2 hours to get same. We got a partial refund and then an invoice for check-in fees..not told about ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
