They are selling a house that does not have any planning and or covenant consent for residential use. They are acting very dishonestly don't care about all their clients solicitors charges that they have accrued. by selling properties or property that ARE a (MICKY MOUSE) Poole council have just told me, they are inundated with searches from solicitors and they have themselves ie Poole council have complain to Fox and sons about this property. But they are not interested and YES TODAY they are still telling false information. ive seen clients come and see them go and left with hefty Legal ,Surveyors and other charges for nothing. For an honest sale or buy. either DIY or check out details about the property yourself councils hold a lot of imfo. DO NOT USE FOX&SONS.

11 Jun 2013err not one to stick up for agents but where is issue in this? sounds like sour grapes! - you lost out on a property after being told other offers were on it, gave you a chance to use their mortgage...
