After moving into my property on the 9th august and reporting an issue with the fire 2 months later and still no working fire i am being forced to use the heating just to warm one room. They had tried to charge estate agent fees for when on the advertisement there were no fees present. When i asked ahout locks on the windows and an alarm i was told no. Recently there has been a number of break ins arround our area and still no movement on making the property more secure. They are only interested in the money they can get out of you than making your tennancy an enjoyable experience. I will never use this agency again and this includes purchasing a property.

I cintact we RW and was told someone would be coming out. I was sent premier... Read Full Review

What agent could do to change your mind?

We were charged £95 per person for credit checks and references. Although only my partner had the checks done. I was named as additional tenant and not the main occupier. Robbed us of £95!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
