I would urge anyone looking to do business with Steve Povall and his companies in various guises to be extremely wary. As a landlord an example of the tricks he got up to was to invent repairs eg. trying to pass of photos of other appliances to encourage me to cough up for 'repairs'. He pretended the property was empty while renting it out. Failed to chase payments etc. I strongly urge anyone considering renting or letting from Steve Povall from UK-2-Let, Chester in the UK to not get involved with this man or his companies. There is lots of information already on the web about this man and his rental and letting operations. I hope this feedback would people help to avoid problems I had with this agency. First of all, there is absolute no management or track client's system.
