The sales rep showed us around a flat before that even he admitted was so bad he did not know why it was on the market as it was in such a mess. The second property seen at a later date with the same "sales agent" was better. Still the agent arrived late, with no key. He had to get one cut from the caretaker who did a better job at selling the place. Spoke with this bloke at great length long after the "sales agent" had sped off to his next appointment. Showed a slight interest in the flat and put in a low offer. Then got badgered in a vain attempt by them to raise our offer to trigger a bidding war. So put off never visited one of their properties since.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
