Experienced this company as a prospective tenant, so can't vouch for their full service. However in my brief experience I found them to be very poor all round, by far the worst of the 12+ letting agents I dealt with in NE London during my search. Disrespectful, inefficient and basically all over the place. I would wonder how they keep in business but of course there will always be properties to rent and tenants to rent them. Initial telephone enquiries were met with a certain lack of charm and took several attempts to secure a viewing. When viewing, was basically just let in and left to it. Went straight to office to put a deposit down and they didn't want to know. It was like they had never had somebody walk in wanting to rent a property before. Nowhere to sit and talk about anything, nobody to welcome us despite calling ahead. Was dealt with by three different staff members: all of which were having separate conversations with each other, two of which were eating breakfast sandwiches at the same time, none of which knew how to help us. Couldn't get a straight answer out of anybody. In the end made me fill out a long and detailed application form with no explanation as to what the process would be, and only on prompting did they also give one to my wife to fill out as it was assumed she wasn't a working mother. Oh yes at one point one staff member shouted through the door of a toilet to ask another a question about the property. Basically the whole 35mins we were in there felt surreal and not justifying of the several hundred pound admin fee/holding depositi we were proposing to pay them. Left the office wondering whether we had made an application to rent the property or not... Anyway, the thing I find disrespectful about this dealing is that I am still waiting to hear back a month later despite chasing (actually I called them to ask whether the property is still available and turns out it has been let... guess not to us!). Not unheard of in the renting game but in this instance I did explain at the time that my young family would halt our search until we had an answer. Having read other tenants' experiences, I am kind of glad they forgot about me! Avoid if you possibly can.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Welcomed us into their office. Explained clearly what the process would be. Talked to us about our concerns and questions. Kept in touch with us about our application even if it was bad news. Basic customer service.

What agent could do to change your mind?
As for paying deposit back at end of tenacey did charge small fee. But when I questioned there reasons for the charge they where reasonable and decided that fee should be withdrawn and immediately returned my whole deposit intake.
