I called Abbotts to arrange a viewing on an apartment to let in Kings Lynn, the member of staff I spoke to, took my details and said they would ring back later on that day to confirm a time, as they had to check with tenant. They did not ring back. So I called again the following day, to which I spoke to a different member of staff who said the exact same thing and I was never called back. I then left it over the weekend to see if I would receive any calls back however did not. I rang back one last time on the Monday and spoke to yet another different member of staff who actually did seem to know what was going on and promised to call back with a viewing time. To my surprise she did, and arranged a time within the next few days. However the following morning I had a phone call saying they had to cancel as the tenant had changed their mind and didn't know whether he wanted to move out after all, and they would call in the next few weeks to confirm. I felt ;there was a poor lack of communication between staff as my details were taken three times,the staff didn't seem to know much about the property at all and were just plain unhelpful and that I was not a valued potential customer. I would strongly not recommend using Abbotts as an agency to help find the property suitable for you.
