I found a property to rent through this estate agent and they took a fee of £225 for me seeing it advertised in their window. Once they had taken the fee they then told me "it is nothing to do with us anymore, any problems contact the landlord direclty". They also advertised the property ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Been more up front about the landlord/management situation and told about me responsibility for white goods

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
