We originally contacted them a few years ago as we were looking to buy our 1st home in Waltham Abbey. We had an offer accepted and were very excited. Unfortunately the owner then pulled out. Bearing in mind we were first time buyers with a substantial deposit and were keen to move, apart from the call to give us the bad news we never heard from the agency again! The only deals they do must fall in their laps. This year we were looking in Waltham Abbey again so made contact with this agency to register our details only to be told that we need to check their website for any new properties- they do not contact prospective buyers! Having called round to every other agent in the area to register our details our experience with this office was by far the worst and were pleased we found a property with a different agent.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Been more proactive, taken an interest in what we were looking for.
