Absolutely shocking I went in to view properties to buy staff seemed disinterested in talking to me and more interested in arguing between themselves, I found staff rude and very unhelpful and also looking into small when selling complete and utter con artists. Other people had mentioned this in the past however wasn't till I noticed that they charge you £150 for premium listing when this is FREE with right move. USE CONNELLS AT YOUR PERIL worst estate agent I have ever had the mis fortune of going into!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Do not rip people have staff that actually want to sell you house

I was a customer of Connells for nearly 5 years as a tenant in one of their properties. It was bad service from day one. We put an offer in on a property which got accepted, everything was going smoothly although they rushed us into paying a lot of the fees like having the home buys report done, paying for connells to Sort everything, then the solicitors fees. I tried to view properties and found the service here fall well below poor compared to others. Are they even bothered to fill a vacant property?
