I have unfortunately had to deal with Hazelwells who were managing a property I lived in and they have the most shocking customer service I have ever received. After numerous calls to them to sort out minor problems with my house I had no luck. I had to chase them continuously and got nowhere and they just kept fobbing me off. I think they may need. Some training in customer service. In the end I managed to speak to the owner of my house and was completely unaware of what had been going on, I explained the minor problems that I had and she arrange for repairs less than 24hours later, something which I would have expected a so called 'reliable' estate agent to be able to do.
