Absolutely disgusted by Haarts service. Was booked in for a viewing, had to take time off work to attend and 15 mins later no one had showed. Called the branch to be told that "Sam" was waiting inside the house for me. I therefore knocked on the door to a surprised owner who advised that Sam had left at 45 mins ago. On calling Haart to find out what was going on and to why i had been told he was inside,i did speak to a girl who seemed to be helpful and put me on hold while calling the branch manager. Then i was advised i would be called back in 10 mins. To which i waited and she never called back., i ended up waiting at a property for 45 mins for no reason. Next day waited for a call for someone to explain or at least apologise, nothing received, i have yet again had to chase up. Spoke to the branch manager to be told the property had now been taken off the market and that he personally called everyone on the list and tried to advise it was me who had missed the call or voice mail left. I advised again i had no missed calls or voice mail that perhaps he missed dialled, to be advised that he did only try the once. Prospects seem to be the only estate agents who understand to show up on time and call you if anything changes. excellent service from them, just a shame they have no properties matching my requirements currently.

Awful customer service, my experience was from the Bracknell branch. If your looking to rent DO NOT go with haart. Falsely advertised a 'no deposit' scheme which actually turns out to be you signing up to be a member of some company.. and you don't get your money back.... Read Full Review
