I have only just started a tenancy taking a room in a house, the whole process has been average (meant in a good way) and the admin fee (though I don't like paying at all) was reasonable. The house is in simi good condition but then with the people there (5) and their turnover the communal areas a clear and tidy it is managed by placefinders. I noticed this didn't have any reviews (which usually means no one hates it or likes it enough to care) and I had just created one about a previous agents so thought I would describe my initial findings. So far fair and upfront. You get what you pay for. I will leave another review as I leave.

11 Oct 2017I signed up with Place Finders and when I paid the fees was offered two flats to view. I wasn't sent descriptions off these but went to see them any way. they were the most disgusting places I have ever see in my time looking at properties. I can't imagine that any body in there right mind would take them also the terms and conditions were totally unrealistic. I have since tried to contact Place Finders but they don't seem to want to talk to me. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody save your money and go else where...

Paid online to find flat for myself within 3-5 miles from post code provided. Always they send me viewing by phone text, over 10-12 miles away , for double price than I was looking for to rent. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
