[[EDIT ORIGINAL START]] This (so-called) agency and associated agency 4sale2let are extremely extremely dodgy. Please please please do not use them. They are under investigation by many regulatory bodies and the police as they have been trading completely illegally for several years. If you have any dealings with them please contact trading standards first to ask them about the company. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
