Very poor service for a cheap(ish) rate. They do not place quality tenants despite promises. They do not inform me if the tenant has not paid the rent, and they do not transfer the payment over to me when the tenant has! I am always chasing up payment. They also do not keep the contracts up to date which makes it really difficult to evict the tenant and get a new agency involved. I wish I had never used primelodge as I now feel trapped by them. They are good at getting repairs done quickly and charging for them... but then I wouldn't know if the repairs are real or not. Please save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

I have been deeply unimpressed by the unprofessional service I have received. They do not communicate, and I have to call repeatedly, only to be told no-one from sales is in the office. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
