Michael Moody has taken payment for property managing my address for many years and in this time he has never checked the property for damage (I work abroad and so cannot inspect myself). I recently decided to move my son into the house and asked for the keys back and the tennants to be removed. The house is a disgrace i wouldnt let a dog live in it. He has allowed this to happen by not inspecting it, i have just had a survey done and the cost is estimated at 40k to repair all the damage the tennants have done over the years. Do not trust this man

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
