My overall experience with this agency is good. I am really not sure where and how the negative reviews come about. We had a smooth tenancy experience with them. The agent show us the property, formalised the contract between us and the landlord and give us the keys when they received the deposit. Everything goes well. The agent that I deal with is a very friendly person. She is always ready to answer our question and she is always ready to help. I strongly recommend people who needed to rent with this agency walk into their office and you will discover that they are not scam. At first I am also a little bit worried about the agency when I read the reviews here. But now I had successfully rented a property from them with no troubles at all.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They charge £120 for simply sending out the standard tenancy agreement (with your name and break clause inserted) but refuse to amend it whatsoever. Completely unjustified and a total rip-off.

Dealing with EJ Harris has been a wonderful experience, probably the best one I've ever had with a Lettings Agency. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
