The company was closed today, not only for us, they even took lots of money from others. We have contacted with one of their staff yesterday, but we didn't sign the contract. All of them were gone today. The person rent the same apartment for different tenants. Hope we can keep in touch and find a legal way to resolve.

Same thing to me . I m a landlord and owe to pay the deposit back to the tenants and also lost one months rent. Terrible. Just filed a debt form with the liquidators.

I am in the same boat! They owe me my deposit and owe my landlady over 3000 in unpaid rent! What can we do about this???

Looking at compnies house website, they have obviously gone into liquidation, GSE London ltd, trading as guy salmon estates. I have received a letter today from the official receiver of London, the liquidator, who states that they only have approximately £9000 cash declared in the bank. It is worth ensuring that, if you are owed money by them then to email Daniel.hibben@insolvency.gsi.gov.uk to ensure you are listed as one of the creditors, who is the official examiner dealing with case. I myself am owed in excess of £5000, and looking at the letter sent by the creditor unlikely to get a penny back. Osman and Ayaan Malik, despite their families, have no conscience. In addition, I would suggest to report all this to the police and trading standards in particular, as agree does seem like a larger scale of criminal activity, rather than a small claims court matter. There are also links to an agency called Oscar Hurst in docklands business centre tiller road where they used to be located, who the director, Abrar Khalid, is also labelled as the director for GSE London ltd, but doesn't actually work there.

This is a message to everyone who has been scammed by this company, my name is Abrar Khalid and I was director for this company for a year before my name was taken off and replaced with someone else. Non of you know me and I don't know any of you but believe me when I say I feel everyones pain. Let me make it clear now that I was not involved in this scam nor was I aware of any of what they were doing to everyone. I myself have been a victim of their scam and am paying a heavy price. A few things I want to mention before I go on is that I went to school with both ayaan and his brother osman so I knew them from a young age. Ayaan's name was adnan iqbal when we were in school but after meeting him again 10 years after leaving stratford school he had changed his name to ayaan malik for reasons unknown. As we started hanging out and being good friends again he asked if he could put his company under my name because he was having problems but never mentioned them to me nor did I inquire because I was too stupid, gullible or naive take your pick coz it was the worse choice I've ever made in my life. Unkown to me at the time but both brothers have been banned from being directors of any business coz they lost a law suit and were told to pay £90,000 so they liquidated the company they had at the time and got banned for a number of years hence why I was one of the idiots who said yes to letting them put their business under their name. At the moment there is a court case being held in March 2016 as the liquidation company is taking both brothers to court over what happened and me for simply having my name on the business. I have details of the lady who works for the liquidators who is trying to bring them both to justice but so far from talking to her she has told me that they have been avasive to all their attempts to contact them and there is an arrest warrant out on their names. I have done nothing wrong. I didn't take no one's money. I cut all ties with them both 3 years ago after I found out what they had done under my name. I got nothing from having my name on the business apart from my name and credibility ruined. So I reach out to you all to contact me if you wish to do so and I will give you the details for the lady who is dealing with the case as well has the date and location of the hearing which will take place next month.
