The scope of the sale:- 60 year old (empty) house, needing major modernization, no chain as sold for Probate Douglas-Allen proposed:- open day which resulted in multiple offers, one of which was accepted within two days Outcomes:- House sold for asking price, sale completed in 11 weeks, and Douglas Allen interfaced 100% with the buyer
