Absolutely the worst, dishonest estate agency you could find. Lied to us, wasted our time and would not refund our £700 deposit for a pay-monthly rental contract after they changed what they were asking for saying we had to pay £10K upfront. Not registered by any official body, Ricky Galer and Gary Block now say they will keep our deposit and we are taking them to court. They soon went from professional and kind to being sarcastic and hanging up on us. Please please avoid them and go to an estate agent on the Register of Estate Agents so your money is protected. DueDil.com shows they have repeatedly gone bankrupt and re-opened under the same name. I am posting my review everywhere I can find to help other tenants. I feel so foolish for ignoring all the other bad reviews and going ahead with them. Thank you.

11 Feb 2014Please remove this review as this is untrue and defamative. The people concern gave false and misleading information resulting in damages to landlord and agent and it is been dealt with the judicial system in the UK.

Be warned, this agent is very unprofessional!! We were hounded to exchange only 6 weeks after our offer was made. The lawyers weren't ready.
