This feels like stating the obvious but OMG Fox & Sons are the most inefficient, appalling, lazy, useless bunch of agents on the planet. I know everyone has horror stories about estate agents (why ARE they so hopeless? It's not a difficult job after all.) but we've now had dealing with Fox & Sons on two occasions & they really are mind-bogglingly, staggeringly inefficient. They don't even have the aptitude to be liars or crooks - they're just useless. Completely inanimate - they just do nothing. NOTHING. It's actually laughable how lousy they are. How are they still in business? Extraordinary ....


What agent could do to change your mind?

Just replying to emails & calls occasionally would be a step in the right direction. Keeping clients informed just once or twice would be a huge leap forward. Maybe handing on offers to the vendor occasionally?! I know: that\'s a really radical idea & you\'re probably not up to that yet. Bwhahahahahaha. Worst. Agents. Evah.
