The whole team were very professional and VERY understanding of our needs. We sold our property after being there for 20 years so were very nervous customers. No question was left unanswered, every call returned (and there were many) every query received a prompt reply. To sum up - a caring team who gave you all the information you required without all the waffle. We would highly recommend them.

Our advice is - don't bother. We have twice (last weekend and again this weekend) driven the 206 miles from Taunton and back for our arranged meeting with Connells regarding the sale of our home. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
