I telephoned the Stourbridge shop and spoke to Brett the Manager asking if it was possible to view three properties they had for sale, he told me he would find out and come back to me! He didn't call Saturday, he didn't call Monday, he didn't call Tuesday so on Wednesday afternoon I called his office spoke to a lady who said she would pass my message on and ask him to call me it is now nearly 4pm on Thursday and still no call! So glad they are not selling my house but feel sorry for the people who are trying to sell their houses with this agency, they will never sell if prospective purchasers cannot view internally!
