I cannot rate this company highly enough. After putting my house on the market with other agents before this one I can make the comparison. They made my journey from coming around my house to take details, up to today when I am about to exchange contracts a much easier one than any of the other agents I had dealt with. Michelle the Branch Manager has been Senior Negotiator have truly been amazing. It took some time from when Michelle first came to my home but Richard stood by me all the way through the rocky road of selling property, even knocking on my door when he was passing to see how my packing up was going. What a brilliant pair these two are and their other Negotiator Chris has also been very nice. They showed all the viewers around the house and Michelle took the photographs which looked so nice that I have kept them in my memory box so I can show people. All in all they have made a difficult journey for me into as easy as they could possibly make it. If you live in the Swanley area and are not sure who to turn to when deciding to sell your propery, believe me I went through a few of them and can honestly say these were by far the best and most caring and professsional. Don't do what I did ..... which was go through other agents first.... go straight to them and save yourself the bother and stress of being let down.
