I felt very disappointed, they seemed very dismissive of our properties for sale, and were most negative also we received many sales calls, some in fact, when we had decided not to use them due to negativity telling us that property prices had risen in our village, quite clearly a box had been ticked at their local office showing we had had a valuation with them and not used them, still kept them on for a second property, again negativity and not much action other than that, but again unsolicited calls asking us how we were progressing with our other house sale and wanting to sell us houses miles away despite endless insistence of the required location wanted. I booked them as we had actually bought two houses off them. They feel to me very unproffessional and slap dash, which is a shame, and this is mirrored by several other neighbours saying the same thing. Money for old rope springs to mind. i am not going to name staff, this appears to be a very badly run company and probably not the fault of individual staff.
