what a stressful experience with this company. Paid a months depostit in advance to secure the property. Moved in no problems. At the end of the tenancy they refused to pay me back my rent in advance money. I was in reciept of housing benefit they said its there policy to pay the money back to the council although they understand this is actually my money and had nothing to do with the council. The council have told me the money should be directly paid to me they are not expecting any money from 'National property group'. Yet they have paid to the council. The council are investigating where the money is..... Stay away from this company a nuisance.
