An open letter to the Coventry branch and Meredith I don't understand if you adressing me as "dear" is just another mockery by you? Who is responsible for the situation and the state we found our belongings in? Our belongings, as well as personal and confidential documents were put in trash bags and thrown on top of eachother in two of the rooms. We had an arrangement, according to which we could take our belongings out of the house! Insted someone else decided what should and what shouldn't be thrown! Why ,according to the landlord, we had all the time in the world to take our belongings after we were evicted and the lock was changed? You said that we did't have access to the property except the three hours you have set. Who is talking about respect when the landlord decided to put, together in the same trash bag, our clothes and the trash bin from the toilet with all of it's contents. Who thinks they are so much more than the others that they have the audacity to touch some else's personal documents, some of which very important. And even further, to put those documents in the same pile of personal belongings, where we had to serch for them and could have been lost, all while we had a few hours to collect our things. Who thinks they are in their full right to use a good desk with santimental value as a workbench to put construction gear and paint? Who thinks and has the audacity to disassemble furniture in a way they see fit without thinking that this furniture migh not be usable after anymore? What of all this you call dear or respectful to the person? My paintings have served to the culture of the same society you are a part of. And you treated them like trash! These are paintings with awards and my name is not connected with crimes but success in the art sphere! You treated us like criminals your actions towards us were on the basis of humiliation and prejudice! Why do you need my signature? You do whatever you want without people's consent anyway. Clearly we are nothing to you and your company! The pointles staying in this house, which we wanted to leave an ear ago, is not our fault. If you have ever been is similar situation you will know that the council doesn't allow you to leave unless they find you an accomodation. We follwed the rules and laws in this country where I lead my children to study and work! Your company does not have respect to the person and has no values and principles!

A terrible company to manage your property. I live abroad and since May 2024, Loveitts (as they were then known) now Sheldon Bosley Knight have since managed the property. SBK are supposed to visit and assess the property every six months - never happened. I have had to remind them to do this.... Read Full Review
