Milestone & Collis is a relatively small company and their website shows more rentals than sales. I only contacted them because all other agents were not proactive and I had to chase them all the time only to be sent details of expensive properties totally out of my budget and not meeting my criteria. I decided to rent in the area for a while because my search was going nowhere, so I went to see a rental property with Milestone & Collis. The lady who showed me the rental property passed on our details to their sales agents and the following week I got a surprise call from them saying they had a property that fit my criteria. They were the last estate agents in my list of prospective contacts and I did not expect them to be the ones that would find my dream home. However, from the initial call to the completion date and getting the keys I received an outstanding service. They chased the seller throughout and negotiated a better price for us. They were knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We were advised on all the procedures and they kept us up-to-date at all times, with instant email replies. I was very impressed with their service, even more so because of my previous experience with inconsiderate agents. They seemed genuinely happy to have found a home for us and gave us a card and a gift when we picked up the keys which was very sweet. This all added to the excellent service. I will definitely use them again if I ever sell or rent and will recommend to anyone who asks. Milestone & Collis offered a truly personalized, honest and efficient service and finding this in London was amazing. I highly recommend them.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
