Through the help of Vincent at Martin and Co we have managed to have our flat finalised and marketed through this leasing agency within a three week turn around period. We have been keen to get moving hence we have appreciated quick responses that were not just an ill considered admin "cut and paste" - responses were relevant clear and informative. Not only is there a moral obligation, yet there is emphasis and responsibility on landlords to comply with Scottish legislation that is in depth and (arguably) complex. Having some (poor) experience of some of the local factoringleasing agencies; I would advocate that Martin and Co have proven themselves a trusted contender as a reliable and trustworthy letting agent in Aberdeen, one that was recommended to us and one that I would recommend on. This company has had a firm footing in Aberdeen many years and are deserving of a good review. Thank you Vincent being part of that process.
