Would just like to quickly say how pleased we are with the tenant that Sam found for our flat. Sam was very friendly throughout and answered any questions we had (first time landlords!) . As said the tenant is lovely, couldn't be more satisfied.

Fab from the very first day. We had a terrible experience previously with a large company that treated us appallingly and lied to us (and lost us lots of money) but my faith has been restored and as long as we rent out property in Chingford we will use Sam at John Robert. I won\'t quote exact fees. But I paid 0% vat and the fee I was originally quoted was less then the other agents we spoke to. Saved about 30% compared to others.
