Very bad customer service, no replies to emails or calls. Have been calling for repairs to be carried out. The work should be simple and all they have to do is arranged for the work to be done but to date 4 months on still not happen. When you call they just say we will get back to you but to date ... They had my house for sale for 8 weeks sole agency. It was priced realistically, 3 viewings, no real feedback at all, I thought the photos did not show the house off very well and no floor plan.
