I met Julie of "Raine & Co", last week for the first time after searching for a home on "Right Move". Julie was amazing, incredibly sensitive, very empathetic to my Health Condition, was very attentive and exceedingly Professional when it came to my specific requirements regarding a home I needed. Julie is a real asset to this Organisation. I cannot commend Julue enough because following the viewing she followed this up with phone calls and emails. I REALLY appreciated that too Today I walked into the Office for the first time. I was incredibly impressed as to how beautiful the inside of the Office. I was immediately welcomed by Beth, with a friendly smile and Beth made me feel at home. The atmosphere was pleasant, friendly and again everyone looked Professional and once again a friendly Staff. I met the lovely Lettings Team: Vicki; Dan; Beth and again very nice What impressed me the most, which matters (having spent much of my time as a former Local Authority "Quality Assurance, Contract Monitoring Manager" - inspecting Providers on site - inspecting Polices and Procedures, interviewing Staff and their Customers etc.) was how they treated Melanie the Cleaner who was there working. I observed the Staff smiled at her and she was relaxed, full of smiles as she communicated with the Staff and I observed a Staff Member (Harry) thank her as she cleaned around his desk as got on with her job, leaving the office looking spotless and the Staff grateful. How you treat those who work for you reflects to an extent how their Clientèle is and will be treated. So in short, I highly recommend this Agency for the aforementioned reasons as they diligently continue with the Process of Renting from Raine and Co. Finally 30 years ago, when I was in the Legal Profession as a Commonwealth Barrister-At-Law- Professionalism was drummed into us during Training. As Law Students were taught that you would be judged by members of the Public as to your Professionalism so it was KEY you not only looked the part but were Professional in the execution of your role. Well I observed that today during my visit. Approachable and Friendly Thank you Raine and Co for providing me with a beautiful home with a great landlord and landlady and for your Professionalism and friendly approach. Complaints Procedure
Raine and Co
In-House Complaints Procedure
At Raine and Co we are committed to providing a professional service to all of our clients and customers. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help to improve our standards.
If you have a compliant regarding our Sales, Lettings and Management offices, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible. We have eight weeks to consider your complaint. If we have not resolved it within this time you may refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman.
What will happen next?
• We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.
• We will then investigate your compliant. This will normally be dealt with by the office manager who will review your file and speak to the member of staff you dealt with you. A formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you within fifteen working days of sending the acknowledgement letter.
• If, at this stage, you are not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a separate review to take place by a senior member of staff.
• We will write to you within fifteen working days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final viewpoint on the matter.
If you remain dissatisfied, you can then contact The Property Ombudsman to request an independent review:
