Extremely friendly and helpful agents. We rented our home for 2.5yrs. From beginning to end, Lesley was more than helpful and understanding to our circumstances as we were moving to the area from quite far away. She went the extra mile to make our first and long distance house move very easy for us. Whiles living in the property, any issues/problems that came about (not that there were many) were dealt with within the same week as we had reported them, and any workmen they assigned to those issues were happy to work around our schedules. On one occasion when we were due to have a property visit from Samantha, which I had completely forgotten about and so wasn't home, she didn't get annoyed with me at all, we just discussed any issues over the phone. Very kind/professional of her as it was completely my fault and she had taken the time to visit. When we needed to move out of the property, we handed in our notice to leave to Lesley and she wrote me a lovely email saying she was sorry to see us going, which we were as well. They were very courteous when trying to book viewings for new tenants, emailing us to find out when we could have people look round, and although due to the fact that we were so busy and so no prospective tenants came to look, this didnt phase the agents. If I were to ever need to rent in the area again I would have no reservations about going straight back to this agent and I would recommend them every time.
