I was very happy with 99 Home’ service. The process was very quick and efficient and there team was available help when I called. My property was listed within 48 hours of me starting the listing process and a potential buyer contacted us to arrange a viewing on the same day that the listing went live. I plan to use them again when I am ready to sell another of my properties.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with 99home.co.uk, and especially with Srushti. From start to finish, the whole process was unbelievably smooth, genuinely the easiest property listing experience I’ve ever had. I chose the pay monthly option for Rightmove and the value is exceptional, a fraction of the cost of other agents. I’m a professional Landlord and also a retired Head Teacher, so I don’t give positive feedback lightly. Srushti’s communication was absolutely outstanding. She was always there, replying within minutes, following up first thing in the morning, and consistently going above and beyond to help. Nothing was too much trouble. She even guided me through putting together the video, which made a huge difference to the final listing. Everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with real care. My listing was live within 48 hours and I couldn’t be happier with how it’s been presented. If you’re considering using an online agent, I can’t recommend 99home highly enough and if you’re lucky enough to have Srushti helping you, you’re in very good hands. An absolutely first-class service from start to finish.
