I cannot speak highly enough of the whole Goldin Lemcke team. I found Goldin Lemcke on Rightmove when I was in a complete panic. I was four days out from my move in date and the landlord for the property I was due to move in to was not answering calls or emails and had not signed the tenancy agreement. I called up GL to ask about a flat they had listed and explained my situation. Nick took the time to explain what my options were legally regarding the situation I found myself in and offered invaluable advice. When my tenancy was officially cancelled by the other letting agents, I called up GL again and they booked me in for a viewing three days later. Nick was beyond accommodating of my work schedule and incredibly kind throughout the whole process. I explained that I needed to move urgently because of my pets and Nick moved heaven and earth to make it happen. What was originally an incredibly stressful and painful experience of house hunting became such a positive and relaxed one. Nick and the whole GL team were extremely communicative and helped me understand every phase of the process. On top of that, they made my ideal move in date work. I am so grateful to have found this letting agent and am so grateful for all the ways they have gone above and beyond to help me with this move. I am eternally grateful for Nick and everyone who helped me at Goldin Lemcke with this move. I cannot speak of them highly enough.
