Raymond was punctual, informed local area and on the flat. Was also very warm but still professional. He remembered what I had told him I liked on the phone about preferences, despite the fact he must speak to several people daily! This was helpful as we didn’t need to repeat ourselves. We will not be proceeding with the property he showed us but our paths may cross in terms of future properties.
