G4 Properties was recommended to me by a colleague . I have now dealt with G4 Properties for nearly 10 years. I must say that G4 properties is a very understanding and professional estate agents who care for both tenants and landlords. They take care of the properties they undertake and resolve any issues immediately. The team is responsive and very reliable. Any repairs or replacements are taken care of quickly. Their prices and charges are very fair and very competitive. Their team deals with all enquiries and request in a very professional manner. I have had dealings with other estate agents and felt that they only cared about money. But G4 Properties is genuinely different and truly care about ethics and reputation for their company. Imran, Keith, Sohail and the rest of the team always go above and beyond. They all work very professionally as one unit and will communicate with you throughout. Every dealing with this company has been extremely friendly, pleasant and very professional.
