We decided to sell our house through Philip James due to the overall reputation of the company but more specifically the sales manager Franca Carbone. She visited us to discuss the options available Philip James has to offer re selling properties. Franca was very knowledgeable about our area and gave an honest and accurate valuation Of our house. She has a great personality and is easy to deal with, very responsive to emails and phone calls. Our house was on the market with Franca approximately 4 weeks, we had a number of viewers and then the right offer came in which we accepted. Franca dealt with all the paper work backed by the team at Philip James, kept us up to date on the progression of the deal regularly which made life easier us as the seller. Franca is a consummate professional and we would not hesitate to use her again.
