Within 3 hours of us completing on the purchase of our buy to let flat Adil was showing a prospective tenant around the property. The following day this tenant offered us the full monthly rental fee. So within 24 hours of buying the property we had a tenant - excellent service! In the weeks leading up to us finding and buying the property Adil was the only local agent who kept in regular contact with us, so whilst we didn't buy the flat through Prospect we were very happy to arrange the letting through them. In summary: friendly and efficient service - thank you Adil.

I genuinely couldn't stress enough to stay away from this business. They ignored the landlady for 6 weeks over a very simple request under her fully managed lettings contract. The only way we eventually managed to get them to contact us was by 3 visits to their offices with complaints letters ... Read Full Review

I was a Landlord with Prospect for around 4 years. In these 4 years I have seen a lot of people come and go and unfortunately it seems that all the good people are the ones that do the going. They could have treated me a little better and not only accepted when they made mistakes but they could have tried learning from situations that didnt go too well.
